I was treated like a customer that had tons of money to put down, (which I didn’t) and one with an excellent credit score (which I also didn’t have). Long wait I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I was in a hurry and asked how long it would take. Was told 45 min to an hour usually but it sh I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I was in a hurry and asked how long it would take. Was told 45 min to an hour usually but it should be less because they had a full staff of "express" mechanics. She also offered to put it through the car wash so I was happy. 45 minutes later someone else came out and told me I needed $1000 worth of work soon. 30 minutes later my oil change and tire rotation was done. I honestly think they spend more time looking for other service to sell you instead of just doing what you come there for. Oh, and they forgot the car wash too. Liked it much better when it was Sheehy Nissan. Simple service should be quick and I would have been better off at Jiffy Lube. At least Jiffy Lube vacuums mats and cleans windows with every service and would have taken half the time. More
