The sale of the car was great. Great service and communication. However once we went to sign the paperwork, things weren’t prepared in advance, were very time consuming and had to Great service and communication. We made our needs known in advance and provided necessary paperwork prior to the meeting in order for things to run quickly and smoothly however we had to provide info again and the meeting took almost 3 hours when we were told it would take 1 hour. We had a newborn with us and a child that we had to get off the bus. They were aware of our time restrictions but yet we still ran over significantly. A few things could have been done differently in order to run more efficiently. I also think it’s ridiculous that they will not fill up the gas tank for a used car. Only 10 gallons we were told.
