Purchased used traverse 6 days ago and still has not left the dealership due to needing repairs. Tyler is not communicating with me. I have to continuously message him to find out the status and all I keep g the dealership due to needing repairs. Tyler is not communicating with me. I have to continuously message him to find out the status and all I keep getting told is “I need to check with service” and “service is working to fix the repairs” I would have thought that all repairs would have been taken care of BEFORE the car was put on the lot for sale. I have already received the hard plates from DMV but I don’t even have a vehicle to put them on More

Hart Nissan was wonderful to work with and made my purchase so easy! I really liked the technology that they used in the process.
