I live in Sacramento California and found a truck they had that I was interested in. The person helping me his name was RJ. While working out the deal I repeatedly told him many times to send me more pict had that I was interested in. The person helping me his name was RJ. So I went ahead and we started the paperwork process online and over phone. Before I signed anything he would call me every day and text me many times. But once I had signed the paperwork and asked for more pictures for the truck and a video he never sent me them. I’m thousands of miles away and going to spend over $25k I want a video of what I’m buying. I had to call him and text a few times before I could get a response. I think about 4 to 6 times. And even then he only showed me some pictures from the side not very good pictures also. When I received the truck it had much much more dings and dents then I imagined. I wish next time they would do a walk around video as I said to send to me. When one time RJ did answer he said later because not he was too busy assisting clients. I understand at one time of the day yes but he was too busy for about a week to send me a walk around video about the truck after I signed paperwork. More
