We purchased our vehicle 8/13/2021 as of today, 10/27/21 I have not heard from Heather, title clerk, regarding the status of my NC plate or registration status. My issues with this company is lack of communication after the sale is complete. Margaret has been helpful in relying the messages and emails but the follow-up from the other parties mentioned has been limited to none. More

The dealer ship was absolutely awesome and extremely courteous. I mean from the time I walked in the door until I went to the fianace table.
