Very disappointed in my experience with Hart Nissain. From the minute I purchased this vehicle, it has been nothing but a nightmare. I signed paperwork on the vehicle on May 24th. I was not able to pi From the minute I purchased this vehicle, it has been nothing but a nightmare. I signed paperwork on the vehicle on May 24th. I was not able to pick up the vehicle until 2 days later. The vehicle was not even washed nor did it have a spare tire. On May 27th, the engine light comes on and I return the vehicle for service. I was given some ridiculous reason like since there was no spare tire on the vehicle that was why the engine light was coming on. I was given a loaner vehicle until they serviced my vehicle but was asked to return the loaner because it had been sold. My vehicle was not available until June 2. I texted about the spare tire on June 11 and received a text that I could go to Chesterfield Auto Parts and pick one up. I quickly received a call from Mr. Anderson informing me to disregard that text. I was able to get the spare tire on June 17 or 18th. About 3 weeks later, after leaving the bowling alley the vehicle will not start. I call a tow truck and have it towed to Hart Nissan. They have the vehicle jump started but could find nothing wrong. A month later, I am leaving work and the vehicle shuts off. No warning, no nothing, it just shuts off. I call the tow trunk again and have the vehicle towed to Hart Nissan. This was September 3rd. It is now October 8 and I still don't have my vehicle. The only time I hear from the dealership is when I call them. This has been a nightmare experience. It seems as though Hart was only concerned about the sale and not the customer satisfaction. More
