My service writer, Melissa, was fantastic. She was a bright note in the whole ordeal. There were major hiccups in getting my car repaired and dealing with Nissan Warranty to approve the repair. It took FOREVER for the warranty people to approve my repair. I was also unimpressed by the “loaner vehicle (Versa)” and the process. I took an electric car in to be repaired and was given a gas vehicle that I had to drive for an entire month. The loaner, despite being a 2021, was definitely we’ll below the fit and finish of my Leaf. I understand some things are beyond the control of the service department. I also did not appreciate the terse email informing me I needed to contact the loaner department as it was overdue to be returned. I had been told that I did not need to return to the service department and I would be in the loaner until the repairs to my car were completed. I also would like to mention that when I picked up my Leaf, Melissa said they could not wash it as the windshield was still curing. I wish they had at least vacuumed to inside of the vehicle. They left pieces of glass and pieces of trim from the windshield on the dashboard and I can still hear glass in the ductwork when I turn on the defrost. More
