Past experience has been great this time not so much 8:30 appt for oil change. Called at 9:17 with 4 recommendations, selected 2 of them, was told it should take 1 hr 15 mins. No one answered phone at 10 8:30 appt for oil change. Called at 9:17 with 4 recommendations, selected 2 of them, was told it should take 1 hr 15 mins. No one answered phone at 10:45 when we called, called back a while later, no answer, went back to dealership to check if ready, car had not been serviced yet, was taken in at 11:30. We came back home & was called at 12:40 that car was ready. Not a big deal but we were expecting guests at our house for dinner at 4:00, thought an 8:30 appt would give us enuf time, & we had other things to do, very stressful. More

Customer service I am not sure the name of the man that serviced my car. I’m sure you can look this up by my name. Anyway, he was extremely rude. I asked the service manager to tell me exactly why the parts on my car needed fixed because I did not understand. The manager got the man that looked over my car. His first words to me were, “what do you not understand!” Firstly, I am a female and I do not understand a lot about cars so I feel it is common decency to explain this to me especially when you want $2,500 to fix my car I’ve only had for 3 months. So I am extremely frustrated with the customer service I was given. When I called before I picked up my car I was on hold for 25 minutes then to see why it needed fixed and someone hung the phone up on me. This is not okay. I work in customer service and would never treat someone like this. More
