It was very easy communicating with this dealership. Everything was done through email with Amanda and her responses were quick and efficient. We were looking for a 2022 Subaru with a specific trim package and found it at Victory Subaru. We were assigned Eder Gonzalez as our salesperson and he could not have been more professional or courteous. package and found it at Victory Subaru. He showed us the vehicles we wanted to see and we decided that we were interested in a specific Outback. Their price was fair but there was a similar model at a dealership in Ewing at a lower price. We told Eder that we would be willing to purchase the vehicle from Victory if they could match the price at the other dealership. Eder went and spoke with Chris Sisco who came over and chatted with us. He was also very friendly and professional. In the end we made the deal and purchased the vehicle. It took a bit more time than we would have liked (except for Craig Buttcher in Finance who could not have been quicker and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need) but we would certainly return to Victory Saber and highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for a Subaru. The entire staff was great! More
