Purchasing or leasing a car is most peoples dread. Not sure why that is and why the process can’t be changed. But greatful that I was I introduced to Maria, my sales person at Victory. Maria, is full of energy and delightful as a dealership sales person to deal with. I immediately liked her demeanor and her energy, she was bouncing a few clients that day and yet I still felt she had things in control. It was a long day and process before agreeing on a new lease in this horrible market of supply and demand. There was of a lot of back-and-forth with the dealership manager, but we felt Maria was consistent on my behalf. Overall, I like Victory Subaru and trust them especially with servicing my car. I only wish the process could become a little less stressful. More

Honestly this is the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. I went to Subaru dealership to buy a car for my teenage daughter. We chose Subaru because they had the highest safety rating on IIHS. We d ever had. I went to Subaru dealership to buy a car for my teenage daughter. We chose Subaru because they had the highest safety rating on IIHS. We didn’t have an appointment and we were assigned Ivan as a representative. Ivan was absolutely wonderful he quickly walked my daughter through the different cars that they had on the lot and when she finally chose the car that she thought she liked, he walked her through all of the safety features and all of the wonderful amenities that came with the car and really sold us on how wonderful the car was go from a safety perspective and aesthetically. We came back the next day with my husband and confirmed that this was the right car for us. Again I even walked my husband through all of the different features of the car and made sure that he felt comfortable with our purchase. I am so happy that this was such a great experience particularly for my daughter since this was her first time buying a car. She really had a wonderful experience and learned a lot throughout the whole process and I think this has set her up for future car purchases. More

My experience at the Victory Subaru, in Somerset, NJ has been by far the best. I didn’t feel bamboozled. I didn’t catch the nice young lady at the front’s name but she was nice too. When I finished buying the car, they shown me where I can get serviced. The people at the desk were great too. Not sure how much I can recommend this place enough, but next to Walmart and Wawa, this has become my new favorite place to be. More
