I had a great buying experience recently at Victory Subaru, and it was worth crossing the bridge from NYC to go there! Earlier that morning, I had an appointment with Island Subaru on Staten Island Subaru, and it was worth crossing the bridge from NYC to go there! Earlier that morning, I had an appointment with Island Subaru on Staten Island to test drive and intent to purchase. I had conducted all my research in advance, but was met with staff who could care less about my business in how I was treated and tried to charge me an obscene 20% market adjust mark-up rate on top of the MSRP. Clearly, I was frustrated about the overall experience. Enter Victory Subaru. That same day, I found the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase on their website. Their sales coordinator was quick to confirm a same-day appointment AND informed me that they had no market adjustment mark-up - love their transparent pricing! I was warmly greeted upon arrival and treated with respect as a valued new customer throughout the entire, seamless process. Bilal did a great job on reaffirming why I am a faithful Subaru customer. This dealership upholds the company values and I am happy to recommend them to anyone. As a female, it's a frustrating experience buying a car.
