I was amazed how knowledgeable he was about the Subaru vehicles while we spoke. Our discussion immediately led to my vehicle purchase! Mr. Gonzalez was dependable and polite when he called me to ask me some questions and informed me when my vehicle arrived! He allowed me to inspect the car and he showed me the basic features of the vehicle shortly after I arrived at the dealership. He was patient while he showed me the features and answered my questions. Mr. Gonzalez took the initiative to contact my insurance company to make sure that my new vehicle was on my insurance and removed my old vehicle off of it. I asked Mr. Gonzalez if he could get rid of my old vehicle. He did that and I was pleasantly surprised that he gave me some cash for it and I used it towards my purchase. Mr. Gonzalez made sure that his colleagues at the dealership were fully briefed about my purchase so that everyone was on the same page. So we are a military family and at the time lived in Hawaii, we received orders to NY but knew we would be living in NJ, at the same time someone from the mainland bought an Outback Wilderness in Hawaii Hawaii, we received orders to NY but knew we would be living in NJ, at the same time someone from the mainland bought an Outback Wilderness in Hawaii and I would see if every single day, I did some research and we instantly knew we wanted it. In March 2022 we had a wedding and open house to attend back in NJ and this gave us an opportunity to see one up close finally and test drive, Victory Subaru is right around the corner from my parents and was an easy ride over. We showed up at the dealership and my wife and I were greeted by Bilal Akmals who was one of the sales consultants, super polite and knowledgeable. My wife and I had our hearts set on the White or Blue Outback Wilderness Edition, unfortunately, they did not have any on the lot but he was able to show us the exterior of one that came in for routine service, further enforced us wanted on. We chatted for a while, and I said we would keep in touch when we moved from Hawaii to NJ in July. A bunch of other dealerships also contacted me, but they were not respecting the big-time difference between Hawaii and NJ and I would get calls in the middle of the night from dealerships, a complete turn-off for me. A few days before moving to NJ I saw that a fully loaded 2022 Outback Wilderness had become available at Victory Subaru and I reached into my wallet and sent an email to Mr. Akmals saying we will in NJ on July 1st and we planned of passing by to look a the car, Bilal has the keys in hand ready for my wife to test drive that afternoon and about 1 hour later we drove off the lot with our New Outback Wilderness. The whole process was painless, and Mr. Akmals is by far the best Sales Consultant I’ve ever dealt with, between my wife and I we owned BMW, Land Rovers, Audi, and Tesla. The customer service received from him, and his team was world-class, and he made sure all our needs were met, Mr. Akmals set the new standard for customer service, and even when I had a question I could call him and he would get me the answers. I hope management reads these reviews because individuals like Mr. Bilal Akmals are hard to come by these days. More
