The salesperson I dealt with was Bilal Akmal. He was excellent! Very patient, did not pressure me at all, made the otherwise intimidating process of car buying very smooth. I am still amazed at how entirely smooth everything went, and NO PRESSURE at all! Bilal walked me through the process, ran the numbers with me, and sent me home driving my new Crosstrek! Joe, the finance manager was very approachable and made me feel comfortable making the transaction. I have no hesitation to recommend Victory Subaru as a contender for top Subaru dealerships, and I have been to several and have not had the same pleasant experience as I had here. Please do not pass this place by! More
