Excellent experience I was looking for a new car and went to Victory Subaru in Somerset. Bilal greeted us after we looked around for a bit and he was very professional, not pushy and extremely helpful when we did have questions. Came back for more We just leased a 2020 Legacy from Victory Subaru. This is the second car we leased from them within the last year. Our experience this time was as go We just leased a 2020 Legacy from Victory Subaru. This is the second car we leased from them within the last year. Our experience this time was as good if not better than the first. Our original salesman, Mario Lopez has moved up the ladder so this time we worked with Bilal Akmal. Bilal was very friendly and easy to work with. He listened to what we were looking for and then offered to take us on test drives with two models we were considering. When we ultimately decided on the Legacy, they didn't have the color we wanted in stock so Bilal worked to help find our choice in the region. In three (3) days he called to say the car had arrived at the dealership. As with our first car from Victory, the "delivery" process was so easy compared to our experiences with other dealerships/brands. They had most of the paperwork ready for us and we were literally in & out of the dealership in our new Legacy in about 90 minutes. We cannot say enough about Bilal, Mario and the whole team at Victory Subary. We highly recommend them! More

Very positive experience overall I recently bought a new Forester from Victory Subaru. Frankly, I went in not knowing whether I want a car (I was still making up my mind between Fores I recently bought a new Forester from Victory Subaru. Frankly, I went in not knowing whether I want a car (I was still making up my mind between Forester and RAV4). My experience with the dealership changed everything from the start. Aaron did a really great job in showing me the inventory and explaining features of a new Forester. When Anthony joined us, we ended up with a very reasonable deal. These people and Tom (finance) really made my purchase special. Not to mention that I left dealership in a new car 😁. Aaron even helped me to set up the most common and useful safety and convenience features, to make sure they were in place before I left. The team was very professional in many ways. Thank you!
