Outstanding Customer Service My husband and I purchased a 2019 Suburu Ascent from Victory Suburu. From start to finish the experience was exceptional. I called the dealership and spoke to Zoey who was responsive and quick. My husband and I went to the dealership that same afternoon to see the Ascent and met Chris Sisco, our sales consultant. He was enthusiastic about the car and proceeded to tell us about the Suburu and what was under the hood. All the while, Chris exuded interest and joy for the car. As we moved through the purchasing experience, Chris was focused and attentive. Bob, the Credit Manager was also expeditious. My husband and I were thrilled with the level of service and expertise exhibited by everyone we came in contact with as we moved through the process. One of my best experiences with a car purchase I was off to a rough start at Victory. I drove 1 1/2 hours to see car that I thought was perfect.
