Be aware: there was a sales person who came in at the negotiation phase who was disrespectful and condescending. Don’t know his name. Chris could tell I was not pleased with the negotiating, and brought back his general manager who was very reasonable and professional and helped us finish the deal. I highly recommend Chris; just don’t get strong armed by the negotiating staff. More

Great place, honestly - See Chris! I recently had a bad car buying experience twice within the past 5 years, but these were at other non-Subaru dealerships ... so you can say I was very I recently had a bad car buying experience twice within the past 5 years, but these were at other non-Subaru dealerships ... so you can say I was very skeptical coming into any dealership with my mother. I helped my mom buy a new 2019 Outback. She's the type of person that runs her cars to the ground, so, we don't buy cars often. We made and appointment prior and spoke with Chris was transparent from the start, along with his manager (I forget his name). Important to note that Chris took the time to explain the entire car inside and out to us which meant a lot to us - this is what separated Chris and their Subaru dealership from other cars we tested (Toyota Rav 4, Chevy Equinox, Ford Escape & Edge). I can't think of any negatives, honestly. Everyone was upfront with final costs. We never felt rushed testing the car (we both tested it). Chris even helped us stay within budget (we upgraded to leather on the lower Premium trim model in addition to the blind spot monitor install), so, that's part of the reason why we signed that day for the car along with a few other nice incentives included. He listened and wasn't sleazy - this is honestly other sales people should do the same, too. We wish you luck, Chris! Debbie & Ryan More
