They helped me get the car to Victory Subaru. Once there, Tracy Lambert immediately quelled my fears as I needed the car for an important evening engagement. I had NO service appointment for that day, but she graciously fit me in and had the car ready to go by 2pm. Needless to say she was fantastic and she saved the day for me. Great service department. More

Chris S. is the best! Chris S. is a fantastic sales associate. He is passionate about Subaru, incredibly knowledgeable, and is a genuine person. His brother also works at the dealership and made sure my gas tank was full the morning we came to pick up the car. Great guys. Be aware: there was a sales person who came in at the negotiation phase who was disrespectful and condescending. Don’t know his name. Chris could tell I was not pleased with the negotiating, and brought back his general manager who was very reasonable and professional and helped us finish the deal. I highly recommend Chris; just don’t get strong armed by the negotiating staff. More
