Quick and Easy Went in with my 2017 Impreza Sport which I was financing and I wanted something more. After talking with Tony and test driving the 2018 WRX I knew that car was for me. Tony showed me the benefits to leasing and after working some final numbers, I went that route with the new car. The dealership was able to take my current loan to give me a clean slate which was absolutely needed for me to get the WRX. I had just survived a serious car crash due in great part to “being in a suburu” as emergency personnel told me, so I was adamant about buying another. This could easily have left me prey to many unscrupulous sales people looking to take advantage of my vulnerabilities resulting from that crash. Instead, I was treated sensitively, fairly and quickly. I cannot say enough about the only ease I had felt in days. More

I will continue to use Victory to service my vehicle and loving my Forester so much I will probably look to them when I'm looking to replace it. More

Bait and switch Went on cars.com to see a 2017 Outback. Received feedback the car was available. Called the dealer and confirmed the car was available and made appoin Went on cars.com to see a 2017 Outback. Received feedback the car was available. Called the dealer and confirmed the car was available and made appointment that day ( 2 hours later) to see car. Walked in and was seated in a different car ( different vin) Very angry. Was told it was a mistake Offered other cars including new ones. Made trip in for nothing Even worse. After a week the car I came in for is still being shown as available on the cars.com website. Will never return to Victory Subaru More
