It took over 3 hrs to get my new car, there was little to no negotiation price, apr, and everything we were told was optional ended but not being option raising the price by $8000. Sales department is great. The service department on the other hand leaves much to be desired. We have had our 2023 Toyota Highlander there 6 times to fix the lift gate and it The service department on the other hand leaves much to be desired. We have had our 2023 Toyota Highlander there 6 times to fix the lift gate and it is still not fixed. The most recent time they informed us the wrong part was ordered after we had already driven the car there to be fixed after they had called to tell us the part was in. They apologized and said they aren’t sure when the correct part will be in. So we will have to make another trip there once the correct part comes in. Very frustrating. More
