Was told I needed my rear brake shoes replaced. I was quoted a price range of $500/$550. I took my truck to a local repair shop and they told me the rear drums have never been off the truck since I was quoted a price range of $500/$550. Now I wonder if they even rotate my tires or inspect anything! I have lost my confidence in the service department. I still have a couple of years left on my service contract, not sure what I could do. More

They are great - took care of the issue.
