My experience with Mr. Hammer was excellent. I know he has a job to do. My frustration lies in the amount of times I've been there with the same issue. I got new tires, ali Hammer was excellent. Shortly after, my brakes were pulsing and my wheel was shaking. When I came for an oil change I told them. They told me it needed aligned again. So I had them do it. Mr. Hammer worked with me and made that experience less frustrating. I left and the same thing happened. I live 45 mins away. So when I scheduled this oil change I asked again. They said it needs aligned, which I'm sure it does. They then said I need new brakes and rotors. This is the frustrating part. My brakes and rotors have been checked at each visit. The car is literally not doing anything different. I'm sure it does need brakes and rotors, I just want to know why it wasn't addressed the other times? Again, Mr. Hammer, super fantastic. Just disappointed in the service. I've also mentioned my hatch not working. The guy I mentioned that to hit the button, reset it, the door opened and closed and he said that will fix it. Now it doesn't open at all automatically. My car is 2 years old. It's just frustrating. More
