The service desk is very chaotic. There are three or four people working there but only one knows what to do. Some are just staring at there computer screen while the line keeps getti There are three or four people working there but only one knows what to do. Some are just staring at there computer screen while the line keeps getting longer. They have now started offering coupons but nobody knows how to use them. I was told to just bring them back when I paid twice only to get reprimanded when I came back because I didn’t submit them at write up. I was also charged for a tire rotation that should have been free because I bought the tires there. There really needs to be some serious training done at the service desk, that’s what the customer sees first. More
