I had service done at this place and I have to say that it was well organized and quick. It didn't take more than a couple of minutes to drop off my car. I appreciated the video they sent while doing the it was well organized and quick. It didn't take more than a couple of minutes to drop off my car. I appreciated the video they sent while doing the inspection and letting me know when my car would be ready. They had to order parts and that didn't take long and though the initial appointment did take a couple of weeks to get in, coming in for the part to be replaced appointment was the next day. I can recommend Victory Toyota for repairing your Toyota! More
Terrible attitudes. Lack of care for customers safety and time. Over two hours for 4 tires and would not try to work me to get the truck in early when my tire was flat. First, the scheduling is awful. When we call, most people we speak with don’t want to add other services such as an alignment and say we can let them know when we check the car in. Once we arrive they advise they cannot do the alignment or that it’s a 4 hour wait and we should have scheduled. Most people don’t know it needs an alignment they just say it’s pulling or shaking etc. And would to know to schedule this in advance. Once I arrived the service person scolded me for getting out of the car as he wanted to communicate while I was still inside. I advised, eventually I will need to exit the vehicle and what’s the difference. My appointment was to take 2 hours and ended up being 4 hours with some items not handled and had to be addressed before I left (air filter etc.). This was such a poor service visit. I gave 2 stars as at least the work was completed. More
Great service a man named Cody really helped us out, this was our first visit and I wasn’t sure if I could have my jeep serviced there and if I did that it would be correct - the nice man left me feeling con was our first visit and I wasn’t sure if I could have my jeep serviced there and if I did that it would be correct - the nice man left me feeling confident that the service area and its people could handle it. The work is excellent but the prices are too high. Because of this, I can’t chose it as my first choice for repairs. I did like the fact that I was given a choice for after market parts which lowered Because of this, I can’t chose it as my first choice for repairs. It’s nice to have your car looked over at times in addition to doing a job, but sometimes it is high pressure to repair it. More
