The service department has always been most friendly from scheduling of the service to check-in on the appointment day. Keeping you informed of the progress and needs of your vehicles service needs. I would rate as 5 star but delivery of the vehicle was almost 5 weeks later than originally understood at the time of committing to it. My salesperson Nick Napier did all he could to keep me updated on th almost 5 weeks later than originally understood at the time of committing to it. My salesperson Nick Napier did all he could to keep me updated on the delay. When it finally arrived, it had a damaged spot, which was quickly addressed to my satisfaction. The dealer did make the delay reasonably easier to maintain paitence by means of a perk. In the end, I think the delay was less about the dealership, and more about the Logistics of new vehicles getting delivered to them. More
