Very poor! They had to keep my brand new 2024 vehicle bought from their dealership due to their error for 10 days. Never did they offer an alternative vehicle t They had to keep my brand new 2024 vehicle bought from their dealership due to their error for 10 days. Never did they offer an alternative vehicle to drive, monetary compensation or reaching out to us to see what could be done for their inconvenience. They said their manager would contact us to make this right however, it’s been 4 days since picking up our vehicle and not one person has contacted us! Three days to complete not bad returned to dealership with rental greeted at service stated would bring vehicle around. Asked if they would go over and told yes but the serviceman looked at me when asked he said you have new engine a brand new engine. Well I wanted to know oil change mileage following new engine were air filters replaced just some explanation of moving forward following this service. I guess my expectations must be too much. Second time with less than expected customer service at Victory Toyota. Repairs and oil changes have been done well by mechanics just lacking service at check-in. Trying to work with local Toyota for services and new vehicles but not same service I get from Byers Subaru in Columbus or Zanesville Toyota. On second note tried to buy RAV4 last week and lack of inventory. Had to purchase elsewhere liked Ton in sales. More
