I had my 2020 Dodge Durango with 43,000 miles towed to victory after it died in the middle of the road. After 5 weeks a broken timing chain and some bent valves replaced I stopped in to pick it up to hear victory after it died in the middle of the road. Two weeks later was told it was a cracked manifold which was not cracked before being worked on at Victory. After lots of negotiations I had to pay for the new manifold they supplied the labor. Two months later the job was completed. After all that I thought the power train warranty was good until found out the vehicle started out in Canada and warranty between US and Canada doesn’t transfer between countries. This is not a Victory problem but just how the manifold was cracked by there tech somehow and the timeline of repairs More

When I came in, the service rep Sandra Salisbury said the oil change would be $94. I balked at that and questioned it as I have never heard of a $94 oil change. On the bill, Victory Toyota wrote "Customer request oil and filter with BG MOA. Completed oil change per manufacturing specifications". BG MOA is a non-Toyota oil additive that is NOT in the Toyota oil change specification. I currently own multiple Toyota vehicles and have had multiple Toyotas in the family. I have never requested nor heard of an additive added to Toyota brand oil and have never had a dealership so deceptively do something without my permission to generate profit. It was a $16 add to the bill. They can keep the $16 if they need it so badly, but they won't get another chance. They named their dealership appropriately. Victory for them, loss for the customer.
