I suggest they should allow customers to watch their cars being serviced. More

We were accused of lying about the check engine light being on when we arrived. they told us three different techs were in the car when they were going to work on the mfg recall. I have never had to deal with a recall before so I really didn't know what to expect. The notice I received said it was going to take at least 3 hours to make the repairs. These folks at Victory made it a very pleasant experience. It was taken care of painlessly. Where I live, it was an hour drive just to get there but it turned out to be well worth the trip. And what a setup! They work in sync like a well-oiled machine to keep things moving. Highly recommend them! More
