Purchased 4 new tires and had front end alignment done. It took 2.5 hours to do what a tire shop would have done in one hour 1-1.5 hours. Service advisor was friendly but no updates while I waited. Service is just fine. ..but $143.00 for an oil change and tire rotation (even with a coupon) seems crazy.
