Dealership was ok. . service on my car was OK. But I did not like sitting for almost 3 hours to put a battery in with 4 people in front of me. Plus the car was only 9 m . service on my car was OK. took my jeep in for repairs in July an did not get it back until end of Jan. because they could not get the parts. Was very pleased with the communication from the service manager about what needed replaced and the cost of the repair. Also very pleased that when I called to schedule an appointment someone actually answe manager about what needed replaced and the cost of the repair.
