This was the 7th or 8th time we have had a vehicle there for transmission problems and all of our experiences have been about the same. Seems like the maintenance department knows how to quickly repair and for transmission problems and all of our experiences have been about the same. The service advisor I dealt with didn't seem as knowledgeable as past ones.I asked to have wipers checked because of being noisy and streaking but she said to bring it back if it happens again! I only wanted rear passenger side door checked because only it held water but she gave me estimate for all 4 doors and about $900.00 right before Christmas! I didn't get my usual car Wash with no mention of that from her. I had to contact Jason Varner to see why it wouldn't have been done. More

Took my 22 tacoma in for tire rotation an a oil change at the 15000 miles. I knew I had to pay for oil change do to it not being time for oil change yet. I got home checked the oil level all was good till I the 15000 miles. I knew I had to pay for oil change do to it not being time for oil change yet. I got home checked the oil level all was good till I looked under the truck. Oil was dripping from front skid plate an the middle skid plate. They did not clean up the oil mess they made. I got a survey from them. I gave low ratings. I took truck back to them 12 22 23. They put it up on rack an asked what the problem was an showed them . Was told that was not oil. You could plainly see where the oil was on the frame and skid plates. They put front skid plate back on and instead of starting the bolts by hand they used a impact an crossed thread one. I said something to them about being crossed threaded an the main person in charge just impacted it on in. I would not advise anyone to take their vehicle to them to have any service work done..... More
