They also inform me of upcoming needs for my car i.e. you should try to replace your tires. I usually see Jim C. and I trust him completely. I don't feel pressured to buy a service. This is THE best service center I have ever dealt with. I work Monday thru Friday and have dreaded the fact that my only day for servicing my vehicle is on Saturdays, which I know is a very busy day for deal work Monday thru Friday and have dreaded the fact that my only day for servicing my vehicle is on Saturdays, which I know is a very busy day for dealers. Although they are busy on Saturdays, they provide the greatest service anyone could ask for. I have dealt with Thomas at the past three service appointments and he has been great.
