So disappointed. Where to start? The service department gave me a time they would be done with my car finished. I came back and it hadn’t move from the spot i had par Where to start? Then went I asked if it was done they looked at confused. Then they said no. I waited an additional hour. Then the service person told the same exact measurements of my front and rear brakes as the last time I was in. The last time I was in was roughly 6 to months prior. So this leaves me wondering if they even did anything. The last time I was in for service they had not rotated my tire when they said they had. My wheels are marked and when I look the wheel we in the same position as when I dropped it off. When I called they told me they would review it. They later found via video that it was intact not done. So there’s your review. Nice people but garbage service. More

Emilio did not return my question calls and messages after the car purchase. He also failed to inform me that only one key came with the car when I test drove and during the purchase process. Also he promised to have the car ready and full of gas when i picked up the car. However the gas tank was almost empty with only enough for 40 miles drive home. The car was very clean though. More
This time they did a really good job with cleaning out the engine I had the brakes done, which was also great. Whoever did the I don't know Pistons clean out whatever they did. they gave me an incorrect diagnostic for my car and let me drive off with the check engine light on and my car broke down the next day and I had to get it towed.
