We took our car in because the brakes pulsated under heavy braking. Andrea Mello was our service advisor. She had the brakes inspected and advised that only a front brake job was needed. She did not come up with phony excuses to do the rear brakes or other unnecessary service. We greatly appreciated her honesty. I brought my car in for service and later that afternoon I noticed one of the lug nuts on my tire had fallen off, luckily I found it and was able to reattach it.
