The Service at victory Toyota of San Bruno. My opinion is getting worse and worse. First the Lyft was eliminated. So now in order to get home. A customer has to find their way home. This will be my third time, I am gonna bring my car every week. I’ve been bringing my car in the first time I called and made an appointment on a Sunday and I wanted to confirm that my alignment, my oil change and check up, Will all be done on that day. I was put on a brief hold and was confirm that everything can be done on a Sunday. Well that Sunday that I brought my car in I was told that I had a schedule it for another day because there was no technician to do an alignment. then the next week when I bring my car in for the alignment, the technician told the advisor sthat he heard some type of clonking noise, and when that advisor let me know about that, he just said that my car was done, and if I noticed that a noise ever. I said no, but when I looked over my paperwork, it stated that I refused service when I never refused any service so I called to schedule another appointment to do a full diagnostic because that advisor was not clear whatsoever. I would’ve got this all in one day if need be, but instead, I am going every week to take my car, and again I am losing time and money, when all this could’ve been done all in one day. More

We took our car in because the brakes pulsated under heavy braking. Andrea Mello was our service advisor. She had the brakes inspected and advised that only a front brake job was needed. She did not come up with phony excuses to do the rear brakes or other unnecessary service. We greatly appreciated her honesty. In addition, she is knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to talk with. We are definitely bring our car back to her! More
I brought my car in for service and later that afternoon I noticed one of the lug nuts on my tire had fallen off, luckily I found it and was able to reattach it.
