Slow and unprofessional repair work I brought my Scion iA in for repair because it was stalling. When I first arrived, nobody greeted me. I had to be in their face to even get someone's attention. The car took 5 weeks to repair. During that time, I had to keep bugging the service adviser for a rental car. After 5 days, I finally got very vague instructions on how to get one. I had to pay out of my own pocket up front because the incompetent service adviser, Matthew, did not fully explain how the payment will work. Only after the fix, he says Toyota only covers $35 each day and that Enterprise should've billed their dealer instead of me paying up front. And no, he will not contact you to provide updates about the car. He will not answer your phone calls. When I got my car back at the dealer, I noticed the engine was for sure not sounding normal. They told me to keep the car and drive it for a bit, knowing it was unsafe. A week after all of that, the engine light came back on again, so now the car is brought back to them again. This has to be the worst experience I've ever had in a place of business. More
Very professional Barry has been my service director for many years and has always been very professional and when he promises when your car will be done it will. In the past they have washed my car but in recent years because of the water shortage could not. Today no water shortage and car not washed. Barry is very good at his job and goes beyond and above. Makes the customer feel very confident. Kudos to Barry. More

Good place to buy new car. We went in knowing what we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. We did not care for all those extras that higher packages had to offer, we w We went in knowing what we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. We did not care for all those extras that higher packages had to offer, we wanted a specific color, in the end they did not have the car that we wanted. What they did have was the ability to get the car that we wanted though. While it was a bit schwarmy for them to say "this is all that is available in a 100 mile radius" and it turned out they were unable to get that car, so they got another one with a better package, but then they couldn't get that one, so they got another with the best package yet still charged us what we wanted for the base amount more than made up for it. You could get a feel of the inner workings of maximizing profit, but at the end of the day we got what we wanted, we got what we didn't want too but at least we didn't pay extra for it. More
