Service center employees have very little respect for customer vehicles is low as I have caught them napping in customer vehicles during their breaks. Service center employees care very little about the customer vehicles is low as I have caught them napping in customer vehicles during their breaks. Service center employees care very little about the concerns customers bring up about their vehicles as well. In my experience they have been incredibly dismissive and have even made fun of customers behind their backs in front of other customers. There is a maturity deficit here that needs to be adjusted. We bought over a year ago our second RAV4 Toyota from Victory Toyota in San Bruno. We also bought from Victory Toyota our previous RAV2 which lasted us about 22 years, and had to replace it because someone rear ended me. Thus, the product that we bought at Victory Toyota is great value. We will continue taking our car for service at Victory Toyota, and if we need another vehicle, we will check Victory Toyota as our first choice. We thank everyone at Victory Toyota for their support, patience and understanding of our needs and concerns. More
There was no notice of completion of the service and tried calling/texturing many times and no reply at all. I waited over 10mins on calling and never got through. Diem and Chris were very professional and helpful in getting warranty work done. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to get a rental while the work was being done. I also appre getting warranty work done. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to get a rental while the work was being done. I also appreciated that the service technician took video footage to back up their results. I think it helps create an air of transparency and should be continued. More
The service advisors are nice but not sure if service tech is too lazy or just incompetent. I came in with wire and liner damage due to debris from the highway for my Toyota Supra.. I usually get repairs tech is too lazy or just incompetent. I came in with wire and liner damage due to debris from the highway for my Toyota Supra.. I usually get repairs done at a performance shop but this time they recommended I go to a Toyota dealership because my car may need reprogramming/recalibration. I told the service advisor and tried to give them the report the performance shop did but he insisted the tech will do a through inspection and diagnostic report. I still gave them a copy of the report from the performance shop before I left. The car was dropped off Tuesday... on Thursday I get an update saying the car only needed new liners and no wiring damage was seen. You didn't even need to take the tire off to see this exposed wire... When I called services they said the service advisor that was assigned to my car was off, so I asked to speak to their service manager. The service manager said they will have the master tech check again and give me an update in the afternoon... 24 hours pass and no update from anyone. Either Friday or the weekend, I get a confirmation from the service advisor saying they don't see any wiring damage. At this point I'm frustrated... how can you not the broken wire with exposed copper right in front of you. How do you expect me to trust this department to repair my car properly. I call another dealership and ask for their Supra master tech and they said they'll take the car from Victory once they call them. The other dealership confirms Victory will release the car to them. A few minutes later I get a call from Victory asking why I'm asking another dealership to take the car. I told them I'm not happy with how they're working on my car... Then they tell me but we got the wiring parts for my car. I asked so what's the part number, service advisor said the parts specialist is gone for the day... Ahh so magically they know how to fix my car... yeah right... 100% not trusting this place to work on my car or any other cars. More
