As I walked into the Service Department, Mr. Jesse Milligan greeted me with a smile and immediately began helping me. Mr. Milligan expeditiously processed my paperwork for the services needed by my vehicle. When my car was ready, Ms. Denisha Irving finalized my paperwork and Ms. Ariana Vasquez delivered my vehicle; it was excellent synchronized teamwork. As I drove away, I felt my expectations were met and the service for my vehicle was 100% to my satisfaction. Gas tank would not register the amount of gas in it and the gas lid spring was broken. They were able to fix them. Both one was under warranty.
