They answered all of my questions professionally, gave me an AutoCheck for the vehicle, ordered and installed a couple of parts in a very timely matter, and didn't talk down to me or treat me differently because I am a female (as I have experienced this at many other establishments.) And when it was time to sign the paperwork for the vehicle, they didn't make me sit around and wait for hours before I could drive off the lot (which has also happened to me before where they didn't respect me and my time...didn't end up buying from that other establishment, even though those were my intentions.) I worked with Chris Mereness and he was very kind and helpful. Overall, my experience was a positive one. I've only had the vehicle for less than 2 weeks, so I'm hoping that my experience in that sense continues to be positive as well. More

Horrible place I got my car from this place and they told me just cause I got $500 off my car I needed to sign a as is paper saying I had no warrinty on my car when I got my car from this place and they told me just cause I got $500 off my car I needed to sign a as is paper saying I had no warrinty on my car when I left the lot and cause it was a newer car and on top of that I only got one key which I was fine with cause they said I could by another one for $40 but the night I went to sign the papers for my car the guy looked online and told me it would cost 30 for the key then I would have to go get it programmed and that would cost another 50 so I wasn’t too happy when I left More
