I have been bringing my M3 here since I got it 5 years ago and the service has always been outstanding. They describe exactly what needs to be done and the work it top notch. They have done work on my tires, brakes, suspension, cooling fan, and even the variable timing system on the engine, I brought my car here after a local dealer stripped the oil drain plug in the aluminum oil pan and wanted over $2000 to fix it. Chip was able to repair the oil pan and save me a ton of money. When the cooling fan failed, my car overheated across the street from a local BMW dealer and I paid to have it brought to Village European on a ramp truck to be sure the work was done right. More

He was really cool and informative. He was quick and reliable. He made sure everything was everything. He's definitely not the type of guy to sell you a lemon because he won't give you the car until its 100% serviced. He held great conversation too. My daughter loves him and wants to come back when she gets a car. My wife is in love with the truck. Overall if you want a trustworthy and friendly dealer Village European is the way to go. I had never been there before but I could tell they are knowledgeable and caring, especially after hearing the customer before me picking up his car. I didn't have to worry about craigslist, autotrader or any other type of advertising, and I didn't have to respond to tons of phone inquiries from tire kickers, they did it all for me. In the end, my truck was sold very close to the price I would have expected to receive had I sold it privately, but without any of the hassle. They promptly delivered the check and paperwork to me, which was really helpful based on my busy schedule. I'm planning to use Ray's services when the time comes to purchase my next vehicle, since they will search for what I want and strive to get the best price with no high-pressure sales pitch. After we closed the deal, Ray continued to display excellent customer service and I was very happy with the experience. We won't shop for cars anywhere else from now on. I have nothing but good things to say about the quality of work performed and the customer service. Prices are competitive, and comparable to other German car specialists. Specifically, I think Chip is one of the best and most experienced BMW mechanics around, able to do any kind of work on both older and newer BMWs. Any work they have done for me has been top quality, with quality parts, and in line with the price estimate given up front. I also always get a heads-up if there are any things I need to keep an eye on that may need to be fixed/replaced in the near future. The customer service is great too. Friendly and knowledgeable people all around. Easy to make appointments, and any part that is needed, that they don’t have in stock, they are able to get very quickly. I would highly recommend Village European for any maintenance or repair work on any BMW. More
