Called to tell them that I was getting road service to start my Outback after having a dead battery overnight. Drove it to the shop and got a loaner while they sorted it out. Battery had a bad cell and wa start my Outback after having a dead battery overnight. Drove it to the shop and got a loaner while they sorted it out. Battery had a bad cell and was replaced under warranty. Hope that’s the last of that. Staff at the service desk were tremendously helpful and made a bad situation OK. Thanks a bunch. More
