We started our process to find a new car in January 2021. Robert Munroe was a friendly salesman who showed us some Subaru Ascents that we were interested in and let us test drive one. He allowed us to take our time and ask numerous questions without ever pressuring us. The one we ended up wanting was a Service vehicle that wasn't able to be sold at the time. Robert kept us updated every step of the way as to the status of the vehicle and when it would be for sale. Once it was able to be sold, he immediately let us know and worked around our schedule to allow us to come in and finalize the paperwork and purchase the vehicle. Robert never pressured us to purchase anything and made the entire process a true joy for my wife and I. Robert possesses the type of character that made us want to keep our business with Bill Bryant instead of searching elsewhere. We've always had good experiences there, but Robert made the normally stressful process of buying a new vehicle an enjoyable one.
