Understand COVID-19 had some impact plus it seemed to be an busy day at the dealership but we waited almost 1.5 hours just to get in from of the finance employee. Previous experience at new car financing you would sign on the papers electronically on their desktop and walk away with a thumb drive. This was all paper experience. Terrible. More
