This was my first experience with Villages Subaru. I recently moved to the area, and made my appointment prior to moving because I could not get an appointment with my normal dealer within the 6 week I recently moved to the area, and made my appointment prior to moving because I could not get an appointment with my normal dealer within the 6 weeks prior to my move. I was greeted promptly by Alejandro Rosario when dropping off by Outback the afternoon before my appointment. He set me up to do the work requested. Not expecting to hear from them until the next day, I was surprised to get a call from Alejandro that same afternoon saying that my car was almost complete with the requested work, but found on more thing that needed attention. With my approval to add on the other work, they still completed all the work and washed my car before the end of the day. Great job. Great customer service. More

Villages Subaru continues to provide excellent service every time I’m there. The service advisor is knowledgeable and courteous, the tech makes a detailed video while servicing my 2020 Forester and texts every time I’m there.
