Good overall experience. I don't like virtual assistant but people are great. Summer was very good. Disappointed my tire pressure light came on the day after service. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER My wife had stroke and I was in process of a purchase of a car from them We finalized the deal on Nov 5th I went to pick up the car and someone had backed into it so I asked the process of a purchase of a car from them We finalized the deal on Nov 5th I went to pick up the car and someone had backed into it so I asked the head of new cars if they could give me another car that was identical and he told me it wouldn’t be a problem Next day he said they couldn’t do cause of different serial #s They told me they would repair that one I had no transportation to the hospital Finally 3 days later they said I could have a loaner They called me and said car was ready 10 minutes later they texted me and they found another damaged part on the car So I closed the deal on the 5th already made my first payment I picked up my on the 20th 15DAYS later More
