EXCELLENT CUSTOMER FOCUSED SERVICE I was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and patience that Terry demonstrated in working with me to purchase of a new Subaru. This was I was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and patience that Terry demonstrated in working with me to purchase of a new Subaru. This was evident when we went out for a test drive with the Forester I was considering. Terry not only took the time to explain the safety features, but demonstrated how they all operated. In the past, I had purchased a lot of vehicles from various auto makers and I have to state that working with Bill Bryan staff (especially Terry) was by far, a positive experience. In fact, I was so impressed with the experience that I brought my sister and her husband to Bill Bryan to work with Terry in purchasing a new Subaru Forester, which they did. If I didn't fully trust this dealership, I would not even have considered bringing my sister there and take a chance of starting a family feud!!! As once said by Arnold Schwarzenegger: I'LL BE BACK!!!! More
