Excellent service. Had an unusual noise coming from the rear of the car. Took it in for service. The technician test drove the cat and hears the same noise. After putting the car on the lift, he determined it was the spare tire making the noise (pressure was very low and the securing nut was loose. After inflating the tire to correct pressure and securing the nut, he again test drove and the noise was no longer present. When I arrived to pick up the car, the agent at the service desk handed me the keys. I asked how much the service was and she said “no charge”. Happy day…happy day. More

Service is great. Can’t buy a car there they add $5600 in extra xxxxxxxx chargers. Service Dept really dropped the ball. ..left the car dirty, did not reinstall some parts (left them on the floor), improperly installed other parts, and will not return email or phone call ..left the car dirty, did not reinstall some parts (left them on the floor), improperly installed other parts, and will not return email or phone calls to address issues.
