The service manager did not correctly diagnose the issue with my vehicle. My Subaru Forester shut down 15 times at stop lights over 2 years. I wanted the battery changed to the appropriate battery for a veh with my vehicle. My Subaru Forester shut down 15 times at stop lights over 2 years. I wanted the battery changed to the appropriate battery for a vehicle with the start stop feature. I kept getting various, incorrect diagnoses as to why my vehicle was shutting down. It was not until a Subaru Advocate assigned me a case number and had the service department hook my vehicle up to a computer and had me drive my car. Within 5 minutes my vehicle shut down and the person operating the computer found the issue. Because the battery was not accurately diagnosed my disabled husband and I were placed in dangerous situations on the road, I have a valid warranty on my vehicle. I am not pleased with the service I received and in addition, the service manager quit speaking to me, Marcy Basco More

The previous dealer did not strike me as friendly or concerned about customers. The front office was loaded with xxxxxxxx, and the sales staff had to deal with their attitude as well. Villages Subaru is more friendly and seems to be more interested in the customers experience. I gave this review 4-stars because I have a hard time justifying the withdrawing of funds from my retirement account to do some of the maintenance that is required/recommended, but hopefully it will pay off in the long run. The service department is straight up friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’m lazy when it comes to keeping my car clean, and I appreciate the car wash and vacuuming after each service visit. My compliments for keeping the restroom clean. Just in case you’re wondering, I’m not a mystery shopper..😎. Thanks for taking over Bill Bryant. I very much dislike arrogant, pushy, attitudes. More
