Mostly friendly & informative, however at our recent appointment on August 5th, there was some kind of grease on the driver's side door handle when my husband attempted to open it & the video Matt/servi appointment on August 5th, there was some kind of grease on the driver's side door handle when my husband attempted to open it & the video Matt/service technician sent stated we needed an engine air filter replacement & that someone would be with us shorty. After waiting an additional 35 minutes, I noticed the car was in the lot waiting for us & on the service report, it said that the air filter was declined. This was my first time at bad subaru dealership. .. I was told it would take 90 minutes for an oil change , it took 2 hours. They helped everyone else instead. I had to go back and remind them.
