Waiting 2 hours for a scheduled oil change is not an acceptable practice. It should be no more than 45 mins. I'm on my 3rd Forester and love it. Matt was very nice when checking me in and keeping me posted on the service while I waited. My only negative comment is having to set up the appt on the phone with a robot, rather than a human, because I wasn't sure exactly what was included in my regular service and the robot asks for each item I want checked/serviced. However, I will say I got same day appt and everything went smoothly and quickly. More
