I brought my car in to get diagnosed as it was having a major hesitation and stutter. They gave me a loaner to use while they had my car. They did everything they could to make sure my cars work was covere major hesitation and stutter. They gave me a loaner to use while they had my car. They did everything they could to make sure my cars work was covered under an extended warranty that I didn’t even know about. Not to mention they took my car even after I was late for my scheduled appointment. Kept me updated on the whole process. Matt Rudge was the service counter person that helped me. Even when I needed to keep the loaner a bit longer they did everything on their end and sent a copy to my email. Thanks for everything!! More

I asked them to inspect my 2022 Outback for anything that might interfere with my 1200mile trip to Ohio next week. Brought my car in for a steering issue. They kept calling me and giving me a bunch of false information on what was wrong. First it was my fender then my intake which both have nothing to They kept calling me and giving me a bunch of false information on what was wrong. First it was my fender then my intake which both have nothing to do with the steering. Then they said my front end isn't aligned because of my tires which is another lie. Then when they fixed the steering it still wasn't fixed. Every time they called it was another thousand dollars. After 2 and a half weeks they finally fixed the steering problem but my front end still isn't in aligned. Still pulls to the right. 4700$ later. Only reason I brought it here is because I bought it from them. Then upon checking out Justin or Jason whatever his name is said " that's what you get for buying a sports car". Not what you want to hear from the dealership. Should I never buy a subaru again? I mean little ridiculous to have a steering problem on a car i put less than 2k miles a year on. Also they dealership put like 500 miles on my car. Paper work says it had 449 something or other thousand miles. Got it back with like 452 or so thousand miles. Won't bring my car here for anything but an oil change. More

This was my first visit and was treated well, service rep was very friendly and personable. While my original Subaru dealer sent videos of what they did, this dealership gave me a check sheet.
