I brought my 2015 Subaru Outback in for express oil change on 8/16/21. The next morning saw large oil spot in the middle of my driveway. I Immediately drove car back to Bill Bryan. Reason for oil le change on 8/16/21. The next morning saw large oil spot in the middle of my driveway. I Immediately drove car back to Bill Bryan. Reason for oil leaking was a gasket wasn’t seated correctly by your mechanic. Now had to wait for oil change to be completely redone. Also, now they replaced cabin air filter, engine air filter, battery terminal protection, & fuel cleaner at no charge. Moreover, the service advisor told me that the Service Manager will be calling me to arrange for the oil to be cleaned off my driveway. It is now 8/19 & have not heard from him yet. More
