They serviced my Outback promptly. However Subaru has a serious problem with batteries in vehicles with keyless ignition. My 2016 Outback is on it's 3rd battery. The service writer advised me that the batt serious problem with batteries in vehicles with keyless ignition. My 2016 Outback is on it's 3rd battery. The service writer advised me that the battery in my Outback was weak. It was replaced less than 3 years ago. After much complaining, I was able to convince the Service Manager to install a higher capacity battery. So, since the now weak higher capacity battery is 34 months old and only replacement warranted for 30 months you want to charge me $85 to prorate this poor quality battery. I fused to pay that much for such a poor product. But, on my way home from the dealer, I stopped at CVS to pick up my wife prescription. After trying restarting the Outback the 4th time to move up in line, the battery died. Now my Outback is blocking the CVS drive up window and nobody is happy. After paying $50 for a tow truck to jump start it, I finally unblocked the drive up and went home. Do you people ever read the bunches of complaints about this battery problem onSubarus? After a little research, I found that a group 24 battery that is larger in size with much high capacity ratings than Subaru's "higher capacity battery" will fit perfectly in the battery tray. WHY DON'T YOU OFFER THIS. I WOULD HAVE GLADLY PAID EXTRA FOR A REAL BETTER BATTERY. I had installed the same larger size GROUP 24, larger capacity battery in my 2015 Outback during the summer. More

I had no problems getting an appointment for my car's service. Everyone was polite and told me exactly what they did to the car and thanked me for using the dealership which is where I leased my car from service. I will no longer use Bill Bryan for Service even though this service was free due to the poor service from the previous service. The Service Writer did not involve the Technician on what could be a major this service was free due to the poor service from the previous service. The Service Writer did not involve the Technician on what could be a major problem. After the service was completed, I asked if the Technician test drove the car, and he Service Writer said yes. I asked to talk with the Technician and she said he is very busy. With persistence, the Technician was nice enough to talk with me. He is very nice and knowledgeable. He said that he did not test drive the car and said there was no vibration in the steering wheel. That had NOTHING to do with the problem that I described to the Service Writer. I specifically asked that they test drive turning the right, where there is a disturbing sound underneath the car - ONLY when steering to the right. There has never been vibration in the steering column. This could be a safety issue. From now on I will drive 3 hours to Jacksonville to get service at Subaru Orange Park where I have always had great service. The experience is so much better at Orange Park. Issue #2 - I always ask the Service Writers that they do not rotate the tires since I get that done with balancing at Discount Tire. Based upon the tire tread readings from Bill Bryan, when visited Discount Tire (right after Bill Bryan's service); they said that the tires must have been rotated. They got the same tire tread readings as Bill Bryan, but the tires did not match location. They must have rotated the front to the back. VERY FRUSTRATING, when I always make it a point NOT to rotate the tires. My next door neighbor also has a Subaru. He will never go back to Bill Bryan and now drives to Ocala for service. I know Bill Bryan can do better since nobody gets up in the morning with the ambition to provide poor service. However, I could tell that the Service Writer was not grasping what I was describing. She must have been having a bad day. I do not want to pass judgement and have faith in people in the Service Business. But this is two poor services in a row at Bill Bryan. I tried Ocala in between and had a bad experience there also. More
