I was very frustrated over 4 previous attempts between purchasing a new key fob and reprogramming fee. I called Jason Brown their service manager who told me to take my problem elsewhere. I contacted Joe Goguen, the GM, who took care of the problem for me. Rachel and Kyle were excellent. I have had 4 previous attempts to replace or reprogram my key fobs but failed. This time, I asked for Rachel who is very knowledgeable and kind. She is very professional. Kyle, came out to see me this time and talked to me to reassure that he was going to get to the bottom of my issues. Joe took care of my problem with no charge. I would have given a 5 star but their service manager, Jason would not help me nor cared about my problems and extremely rude. More
